All About Temporary Tattoo
A temporary tattoo is a tattoo which is not engraved permanently on the skin. The ink or pigment does not penetrate completely in to the skin cells. Moisten the area and wait for sometime. After doing these steps very carefully, take off the paper from the skin. Let the tattoo dry up for a few minutes. Till that time, don't stretch the skin.
